What you need to know for your up coming stay.
You Got This! Our policies and added information are listed below to ensure a smooth check-in on the day of your reservation.
Check your vaccines! Per the state of Pennsylvania, all boarding dogs must have up-to-date Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies 48 hours before checking in.
Vaccines should be uploaded to your account in your client portal 24 hours before checking in. You may also email them to springbrookkennels@shots.pet.
Please ensure that your emergency contact information is correct in your client portal. In an emergency, we will always attempt to reach the parent first. Rest assured that our staff is well-trained to handle minor issues and will only contact the emergency contact in a true emergency.
When making your reservation, please indicate your drop-off and pick-up times as accurately as possible.
We want to make your pets stay as comfortable as possible.
We accept blankets no larger than a twin size from home. Don't want to bring one? No worries; we have more than enough to share. Keep your beds clean and leave them at home. As an instinct, your dog may mark it as a way to claim their space.
We recommend bringing your pets' usual food from home to keep their tummies settled. We have plenty of fridge space for fresh diets, but we lack a large space for containers. Please bring your pets' food prepacked per feeding or a 5-lb bag you can bring multiple 5lb bags if needed. For lengthier stays of more than ten days, you can bring a larger bag or container.
With so many pets having similar items at once, we wouldn't want to send your baby home without their favorite toy. Please limit your toy to one per pet.
We've updated our times to help alleviate some of the congestion caused by parents picking up and dropping off at the same time.
You may now pick up between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. at no extra charge Monday through Saturday. Pickups between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. will incur an added daycare fee of $15.
Our drop-off hours have remained the same between 11:am - 3:pm Monday through Saturday.
Sundays we here for the pets but the office is closed. Accommodations will be available for pickup or drop-off between the hours of 11:am - 12:pm.
If you require special arrangements for pickup or drop-off after hours, on holidays, or on Sundays, please don't hesitate to ask. Please be aware that these services will be subject to a $20 surcharge fee.
Reservations are required for all services at Springbrook Kennels. Please make a reservation request for your pet's stay as far in advance as possible during Holidays or the summer months. Please use the client portal link above to make a reservation. You may also call the office if you have further questions before booking. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all Boarding. To avoid No Show or Same Day Cancelation Fees for Grooming, please cancel no later than 2:00 pm the day before your scheduled appointment. Cancelations may also be sent through our texting service.
If you call the office and we don't answer, we are busy attending to our guests. Please leave us a message, and we will answer your call as soon as possible.
Please note that items brought from home may not be returned, so please do not leave anything that you would be upset over if you do not get it back.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit card, and cash. Payment in full is expected at the time of check out. A deposit of the first ten days is required for any stay longer than ten consecutive days.
